Loving our Neighbours

As disciples of Christ, we seek to love our neighbours as ourselves.  As such, St. Paul's participates in a number of mission and service projects throughout the year.  In the summers of 2012 and 2013, we partnered with Trinity Lutheran Church for a week of re-building homes damaged by flooding in Minot, ND.  Each month we collect food for the Estevan food bank, and we put together Christmas hampers in December.  In the winter of 2012-2013, we opened the Warm Welcome ministry, a winter shelter for those without housing in Estevan.  In the summer of 2014, we took on two garden beds at the Estevan Community Gardens (see pictures). All produce grown will be given to the Estevan Food Bank. Additionally, we support the Mission and Service Fund of the United Church of Canada, which partners with various ministries all around the world.
