Children's Ministry at St. Paul's

Picture
Each Sunday, our church children are invited to Sunday school where we use Spark Active Faith Curriculum. The lessons correspond to the Revised Common Lectionary—helping kids get more out of both worship and Sunday school. Each week, kids and their leaders gather together to explore their Bibles, enjoy fun activities, pray, and grow in faith.

In August, we have Vacation Bible School. In past years, we have transformed our building into the ancient communities of Rome, Egypt, Nazareth as we journey into Holy Land Adventure. Our children looked for "God Sightings" and heard how through everything in our lives, God is always with us.
Our upcoming VBS will be August 13-16, 2018 when we will be exploring Babylon, Daniels Courage in Captivity.

Adult Christian Education

Throughout the year, St. Paul's offers various Bible studies and classes in faith formation. In the past, we've had "101" classes in the New and Old Testaments, a course on the various elements of worship, a class on the Israeli/Palestinian conflict, and a study of our favourite Christmas carols. We've also had women's studies on Ruth and Naomi and the female characters of the Christmas story. Watch our website for upcoming opportunities!
