Leadership Model

Leadership at St. Paul's is based the Kenora Model. There is an elected Leadership Team of a Chairperson, Past Chair and 4 - 6 Members-at-Large with voting privileges. In addition the membership consists of a Recording Secretary, a Treasurer and the Ministry Team.
Oversight of the Essential Ministries of St. Paul's are assigned to the Members-at-Large.
In addition, there are four elected/appointed Standing Committees: Ministry Personnel, Lay Personnel, Trustees, and the Dr. A. E. Elliott Religious Training Support Fund.
