The United Church of Canada vision reflects what the church aspires to be over a 5- to 10-year span.

Commemorating 100 Years

Picture
June 10, 2025, will mark the United Church’s 100th anniversary—an opportunity to honour our past and look to the future!
The theme for the Centennial is Deep, Bold, Daring. One of the first “united” churches in the world, from its formation the United Church has been rooted in:
Deep Spirituality The words of Jesus’ prayer that the disciples be one (John 17:21);
Bold Discipleship The belief that what unites us is stronger than our differences;
Daring Justice The desire to live out the gospel call to love and justice in Canada and around the world.
More information and resources can be found here.
In her video message, Moderator Carmen Lansdowne invites communities of faith to bring the vision of the United Church to life in their communities in 2025.

Food Bank Sunday

The first Sunday of every month, we collect donations for the Food Bank. Currently the food bank is very low with more families and first time users accessing it due to the down turn in the local economy. Please consider donating to the Food Bank with either groceries or financial donations in between our designated weeks.
